How can I be sure I am registered?
If you registered online, go to the registration page, and click on the "View List" button on the middle right portion of the screen, you will be listed straight away on this page. If you sent your registration by mail, wait a few days and you will also be listed on the online registration list.
Can I make changes to my registration?
Yes. The confirmation email you received has a link to your registration page where you can make some changes. You may also get the list of attendees, and click on the icon on the left of your name. Once your registration summary is displayed, click on the icon on the right of the title bar. This will bring up your filled online registration form. Make changes, like selecting a different package, submit and confirm the changes. Follow the instructions if some additional payment is required.
What if I have to cancel my registration?
Send email to greg@pfscpa.com. You will be given a complete refund (less the credit card processing charge) if you cancel on or before September 7, 2010.
